I introduce myself, I am Cristina Barnadas, PhD in food and nutrition from the University of Barcelona. I am specialized in nutrition and digestive pathologies and also in morbid obesity. I am trained in psychonutrition and nutritional coaching, so I direct my consultations from an educational and behavioral point of view.
Improving people's quality of life is my priority. I am very close, empathetic and professional. Feel confident of explaining your concerns and/or discomforts, I am here to help.
